Some Information about Ore Dressing Production Line

Large industrial dryer is a very important process flow in the ore dressing production line. The dryer production line operates reliable, flexible, and adaptability with large processing capacity. It is widely used in the field of metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, coal washing, fertilizer, ore, sand, clay, kaolin, etc.

As to the application of Rotary kiln , the cement industry owns the most numerous rotary kilns in production. The whole cement process flow can be generalized as Two Whet A Burn. A burn refers to the process flow that calcining grinded raw materials to clinker under the high temperature of rotary kiln. So, rotary kiln is the host machine in cement production, it usually called as the heart of Cement plant .

Gold Ore Dressing Production Linw Flow : raw gold ore – crushing, screening – conveying – grinding and sizing – flotation separation – concentration (gravity separation or leaching and adsorption ) – dryer – fine gold ore.

1.Gold Ore Crushing , Screening and Conveying

Crushing and conveying system is used to in gold ore processing plant. Primary crushing, tertiary crushing equipment like jawcrusher, cone crusher, VSI crusher is used to break the larger rocks down to a size suitable for transport on the conveyor. Rubber belt conveyor transports the crushed gold ore and waste rock approximately to the grinding mill and waste disposal area. Large electromagnets remove any steel debris excavated. Inclined vibrating screen is used to sizing the crushed gold ore.

2.Gold Ore Grinding and Sizing

Grinding and size classification to reduce the ore down to a fine particle size.

Gold ore is stockpiled at the grinding mill before being fed into a ball mill with lime, water and steel balls. The larger particles from this mill are returned to the ball mill for more grinding. The finer particles receive more grinding in the ball mill, and sizes are classified to give a final product of 80% 70 microns.

After the ball mill grinding, the ore fine material will be into the next procedure: classification. Spiral classifier will wash and classify the ore according to the proportion of solid particles which will affact the deposition rate in the liquid. Mineral particles will then to be sent to the magnetic machine, according to the different mineral characteristics to join different drugs, in order to makes the minerals and other material separate.
