Installation and commissioning:
1. Raymond mill exposed surface should be coated with anti-rust grease to avoid the sun and rain and prevent the body rusting.
2. Plant and foundation should have enough height and installation location according to foundation drawing; Raymond mill base should adopt high-standard cement and reinforcing steel bar.
3. It should be equipped with 2-3 ton lifting tools for Raymond installation maintenance.
4. Having been used for more than 6 months, the central axis system, transmission device, grinding roller and oil pool should be cleaned and inspected, and then add enough oil.
